These terms cover this website and the games and applications published by UPSIDE Dariusz Majewski that link to them. Where an application is distributed through Google Play or the App Store, that store's terms apply alongside these.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applications on devices you own or control. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute them. The software and the UPSIDE name remain the property of UPSIDE Dariusz Majewski.
Liability
The applications are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, UPSIDE Dariusz Majewski is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from their use. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
