Undercell — Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This policy applies to Undercell, a pentomino logic puzzle for Android and web browsers published by UPSIDE Dariusz Majewski. It applies to that game only; other applications from the same publisher have their own policies.
Data we collect
None. Undercell collects no personal data of any kind. There are no user accounts and no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no crash-reporting or tracking libraries. The game itself makes no network requests — it runs entirely on your device, works with no connection, and has nothing to send anywhere. Playing in a browser means the game is delivered by a web server, which is covered below.
What is stored on your device
Undercell saves your settings, your progress and the boards you choose to keep in the app's own storage on your device. That information never leaves the device, is not readable by us or by anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the game. To erase it sooner, use your system's "clear app data" option.
Playing in a browser
The browser version is served from upside.com.pl. Like every web server, ours writes a standard access log for each request: your IP address, the time, the address requested, and the browser identification your browser sends. Those entries exist to keep the site running and secure, are kept only briefly, and are used for nothing else. The page sets no cookies, and carries no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
Once the game has loaded it makes no further requests and keeps working offline. Your settings, progress and kept boards are saved in your browser's own storage for this site, on your device. Clearing the site data in your browser erases them permanently.
Sharing
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. No data is sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties, and the game contains no third-party software development kits.
Children
Undercell is suitable for all ages. We knowingly collect no personal data from anyone, children included.
What the app store collects
Google Play collects its own data when you download or run an application — for example installation counts and, if your device is set to send them, crash reports. That collection is governed by their policies rather than ours, and reaches us only as anonymous, aggregated statistics in which no individual can be identified. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention and security
We hold no personal data, so there is none to retain, and none that could be exposed by a breach on our side. Data stored on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the game.
Changes to this policy
Any change is published on this page with a new date above. Material changes will also be noted in the game's release notes.
